How many winemakers make up the Cave de Saint-Désirat?

The Cave de Saint-Désirat brings together several hundred cooperative winemakers, who collectively cultivate several hundred hectares of vines in the Northern Rhône Valley. Each winemaker owns their plots and brings their harvest to the winery, where the grapes are vinified and crafted into different cuvées. This cooperative model allows for the pooling of technical resources, vinification facilities, and oenological expertise. The winemakers thus share a common ambition: to produce quality wines that reflect the Ardèche terroir and the characteristics of the Rhône Valley appellations. Thanks to this collective organization, the winery can offer a wide range of wines from different terroirs and grape varieties. The cooperative members actively participate in the life of the winery and contribute to maintaining dynamic viticulture in this historic wine-growing region.
