Saint-Joseph AOP

This is a wine from the northern Côtes du Rhône, located in the north of the département of Ardèche, on the slopes on the right bank of the Rhône. The vineyard is grown on the south and south-east facing granitic terraces, the “historic” terroir for these vine-stocks.

SAINT JOSEPH RED :

This is a "SYRAH" single-varietal wine, yield is limited to 40 Hl/Ha, with a planting density of 4500 vines/ha minimum up to 8 000 vines/Ha. Its richness and concentration make it a very distinctive wine.
Wine to be served at 16°after brief airing.

SAINT JOSEPH WHITE :

This comes from "MARSANNE" and "ROUSSANNE", grape varieties, with the same yield as for the red. Its finesse and specific character make this a remarkable wine.
Serve at 12°.
