Tasting

Pale yellow with green reflections, bright, clear and fluid. The nose is intensely fruity with a dominance of passion fruit and peach. The attack on the palate is frank and well balanced. A lively and nervous wine with surprising fat and beautiful mineral notes on the finish.

Serve whith

Wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with shellfish and grilled fish.
