Vinification
Grapes picked by hand. The grapes are stripped without masking, and are then subject to very gentle pressing after a short period of skin contact maceration. The clear juice is fermented under controlled temperature. The wine is matured in stainless vats. After a few months, the wine is bottled using as little clarifying and filtration as possible. After a few months ageing in the bottle, the wine is released onto the market.
Tasting
A gleaming, clear, fluid straw colour. The nose is aromatic and quite rich, with notes of white flowers and citrus, slightly minty. Round on the palate, very well balanced, with floral and mint aromas. A long, structured finish with good freshness.
