Terroir
The Marsanne grape variety is the dominant plant in the Saint-Joseph White; grown here since time immemorial, it is very well suited to the granitic terroir and to the continental climate, with hot, sunny Summers.
Yields are carefully controlled, to obtain optimum ripeness.
Tasting
Gleaming straw colour, clear and fluid, quite aromatic with notes of fruit and citrus. Balanced, rounded and supple, accentuating the notes of fruit with a slightly floral finish.
Serve whith
A wine to enjoy cool as an aperitif.
Serve at 12°C with crustaceans, grilled fish, etc.
